  1. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. If, for any reason, your order will take longer than usual, you will receive a message to the email you entered at checkout.
2. Can I get a refund?
Returns or exchanges are accepted for products damaged in transit or if the customer receives the incorrect item. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please send an email to us at blackjewels-support@blackjewels.us within 30 days of the order date with an image of your damaged/incorrect item. If a replacement item is not available, you will be refunded for the initial purchase price. Refunds are only applicable to damaged/incorrect items.
3. What if I don't like what I ordered?
We are proud of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Due to the nature of our business we cannot afford to refund purchases unless the item(s) have been damaged in transit or the incorrect item was received. 4. How should I wash my t-shirt?
To ensure quality and longevity, it is best to wash all t-shirts in cold water and hang dry.
