This 36"x40" oil painting is a one of a kind work of art. This painting was created during the summer of 2020, a time that we never expected to be so historical and pivotal. Using a variety of oil painting techniques, (including finger painting) this piece demonstrates the movement and tenacity of Black women during such perilous times. The unshaken beauty and poise of Black women throughout history in our own families and communities is the core inspiration for this piece.
